<strong>savoir d\u00e9terminer la nature et les noms taxonomiques des microfossiles<\/strong> (foraminif\u00e8res, pt\u00e9ropodes, nannofossiles calcaires, calpionelles, ostracodes, radiolaires, diatom\u00e9es, conodontes, etc), sur la base d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments microstructuraux et morphologiques de leur squelette biomin\u00e9ralis\u00e9.
